A sexual assault case against Kevin Spacey is reportedly being reviewed by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department turned over the case against the former "House of Cards" actor earlier this month, ITK has learned.

Netflix cut ties with Spacey last year following multiple allegations of sexual misconduct against the star of its popular political thriller.

Actor Anthony Rapp accused Spacey last year of making sexual advances toward him more than two decades ago, when Rapp was 14-years-old.

Following the accusation, several “House of Cards” employees said Spacey sexually harassed them while working on the Netflix series. One employee, who remained anonymous, told CNN that Spacey sexually assaulted him during an early season of the show.

Spacey, 58, responded following Rapp’s allegation, saying he was “beyond horrified to hear” the actor’s account and that he did not remember the incident.
