Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) says he has what it takes to replace David Letterman.

Pressed by ITK on who should replace the CBS funnyman when the “Late Show” host retires next year, the Arizona Republican said with a smile, "I’m picking John McCain as soon as I retire. I would make a great host. If anybody was ever worried about the over 60 audience, I’m their guy.”
