CBO: Climate bill would cost households $460 each year

By Jay Heflin - 04/21/10 07:19 PM ET

The Congressional Budget Office on Wednesday stated that the climate bill which passed the House last year would decrease the purchasing power of household by an average of $460 per year between 2012 and 2050.

The findings come as Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) is expected to introduce the Senate's climate bill next week.
