In recent days Al GoreAlbert (Al) Arnold GoreJoe Lieberman: We’re well beyond partisanship, our national government has lost civility Trump doesn't start a trade war, just fires a warning shot across the bow Dems face hard choice for State of the Union response MORE has raked Rick Perry over the coals for his attacks on science, and taken Barack ObamaBarack Hussein ObamaOvernight Energy: Dems ask Pruitt to justify first-class travel | Obama EPA chief says reg rollback won't stand | Ex-adviser expects Trump to eventually rejoin Paris accord Overnight Regulation: Trump to take steps to ban bump stocks | Trump eases rules on insurance sold outside of ObamaCare | FCC to officially rescind net neutrality Thursday | Obama EPA chief: Reg rollback won't stand Ex-US ambassador: Mueller is the one who is tough on Russia MORE to task several times for his lack of courage on the environment. What is striking to me, though it should not be, is the pathological reaction of the right and their money sources from the pollution lobby to Al Gore.

The truth is, the right no longer fears Obama, but Al Gore terrifies them. It is a sight to behold! Why is this? Al Gore cannot be bullied or intimidated. Al Gore is a fighter, a man of principle, passion and power for the things he believes in. Al Gore has a huge political base of money, workers and media that transcends the Democratic Party.

I can understand why the right and their polluter fundraising sources do not fear Obama anymore, but are terrified of Al Gore.

They should be.

Stay tuned.
