Rick Perry: Mitt Romney's poodle

Here is some inside info: There are serious journalists investigating why Rick Perry is staying in the race and helping Mitt Romney defeat conservative candidates. There are some working theories. Though I will not speculate here, the theories all involve what Romney or his money people might be doing to induce Perry to stay in.

Remember: Perry's campaign in Iowa was a disaster. He was headed for humiliation in New Hampshire. He has not been criticizing Romney, he has been criticizing conservative candidates. His presence in the campaign only helps Romney.

I never thought I would see the day when "Texan" and "poodle" would be tied together, but:
