News bites: Employers blast $63-per-person healthcare provision

U.S. Companies and other plan providers would spend $25 billion over three years under the little-noticed fee in President Obama’s healthcare law, The Wall Street Journal reports.

A Senate report concluded that JPMorgan Chase & Co. bullied its regulators and tried to circumvent federal rules to stem losses in a derivatives portfolio, according to Reuters.

JPMorgan Chase, along with Goldman Sachs, is also under scrutiny over their ability to withstand future market shocks, The New York Times reports.

Boeing company executives are confident the grounded 787 “Dreamliner” will resume flights within weeks, following a fix for the troubled plane’s lithium battery problem, The Times reports.
