News bites: Chamber pushes businesses to appeal NLRB decisions

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is seizing on the recent court decision undermining the National Labor Relations Board, and urging businesses to challenge rulings the board made against them in the past year, The Wall Street Journal reports. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission alleges mismanagement of Exelon’s reserve accounts for shutting down reactors around the country, and is demanding a meeting with officials with the firm, The News Journal Reports.

New biofuel-blending targets issued by the Environmental Protection Agency sparked another flare-up between the biofuels and oil and gas industries, The Hill’s E2 Wire blog reports.
