Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell’s (R) proposal to eliminate his state’s gas tax has drawn sharp criticism.

A janitor at Florida’s Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport returned a lost iPad that contained $13,000 inside its cover.
