News bites: No flights to Libya

Your morning transportation speed-read:

Flights out of Libya are being been canceled because of an air traffic control strike at Tripoli International Airport.

In the U.S., Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood likes new high-occupancy toll lanes that are coming to Northern Virginia.

Also in Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C.'s Metro transit system is already rerouting buses in preparation for its new Silver Line toward Dulles International Airport, opening next year.

The Atlanta area is considering increasing speed limits on its highways.
