News bites: Coming together for Valentine's Day

U.S. Airways and American Airlines will likely have to sell some of their existing routes to other airlines to win approval of their expected merger from anti-trust regulators.

New Jersey Transit officials said it will likely take months to fully restore rail service in the Garden State to pre-Hurricane Sandy levels.

A company is offering "Minute Suites" to stranded airport passengers.

The Virginia state Senate has passed a bill to increase the state's gas tax, a stark contrast with Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell's (R) proposal to eliminate it.
