News bites: Rail restoration

New Jersey commuters are unhappy with the pace of rail recovery in the wake of Hurricane Sandy.

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has ruled that there were no distress signals from a police helicopter that crashed in Atlanta.

A plane crashed en route to a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) safety conference.
