Djou first to use iPad for floor speech

Hawaii's newest House member just became the first of his peers to use an iPad while speaking on the floor. Rep. Charles Djou (R) announced the news Wednesday morning on Twitter:

The House Parliamentarian told me that I'm the first Member of Congress to ever use an iPad during a floor speech.

Other members reported to own iPads include Reps. Cliff Stearns (R-Fla.), Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) and Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah).
