Sen. Claire McCaskill is still finding new uses for her iPad, according to some Monday night tweets.
The Missouri Democrat noted that the iPad has helped her to handle documents related to an impeachment trial for federal Judge Thomas Porteous.
"Using iPad for all my impeachment documents," she said, adding that she's tweeting "only on breaks" from the trial.
"Don't want anyone watching to think I'm not paying
attention to evidence," she said.
A few hours later, she noted the application she's been using.
"If you need to organize lots of documents(like I do for hearings)I recommend Good Reader app for Ipad," she said. "It's been a real help in this trial."
As head of the Senate impeachment trial committee, McCaskill will chair the proceedings. Hearings began Monday and may continue until Sept. 24.
Other members of Congress with iPads include Reps. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah), Cliff Stearns (R-Fla.), Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.), Charles Djou (R-Hawaii), and Stephen Lynch (D-Mass.).
