RNC's Spicer: 'We can't wait' for kabobs
The communications director for the Republican National Committee can't get enough kabob.
Earlier on Monday, Spicer requested that the Tasty Kabob truck park near the RNC headquarters on the southeast side of the Capitol. But when he arrived back at the nearest Metro station after an interview on MSNBC, it seemed the food truck had yet to appear.
Spicer also had a little fun with President Obama's "we can't wait" campaign, using it as a hashtag in his tweet about lunch: "ready for @tastykabob but #weCantWait so headed to Recess Cafe."
Spicer seems to be a fan of food trucks, a popular foodie phenomenon in Washington, D.C., and often tweets his lunchtime cravings.
The Tasty Kabob truck tweeted Spicer on Monday that they plan to be in his neck of the woods Thursday.
