Rep. Lummis promotes criticism of year-old budget plan

Rep. Cynthia Lummis (R-Wyo.) is a little behind the times.
In a tweet on Wednesday — no longer online — Lummis linked to a post dated Feb. 15, 2011, calling it: “A must read on the President's Budget.”
The Washington Post editorial slams President Obama for his proposed fiscal year 2012 budget proposal. But the current budget proposal under consideration by Congress is for fiscal 2013.
