Mikulski's fellow Congress members have given her shout-outs over the length of her service over the past few weeks, and spent much of the day offering tributes on the Floor.
Mikulski, 75, officially became the longest serving female member on Saturday. She has served more than 35 years in the House of Representatives and the Senate since 1976.
