Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) was pleased with the second day of oral arguments over the constitutionality of the Obama administration's healthcare reform legislation.

"I have been going to #SCOTUS hearings since I was ten. Today's hearing was the best one I have ever seen," Lee tweeted Tuesday.

Lee's tweet came after the second day of oral arguments over the administration's healthcare reform law. Jeffrey Toobin, a legal analyst who often writes about the law for The New Yorker, said in response to the arguments Tuesday that the law seemed likely "to be struck down."

"I'm telling you, all of the predictions, including mine, that the justices would not have a problem with this law were wrong," Toobin said.
