Michelle Obama's workout playlist includes Beyonce, Willow Smith

Obama, who often promotes her Let’s Move! anti-obesity initiative through health-oriented outlets, goes on to tout her husband’s healthcare reform bill in an article for the magazine, writing that the legislation makes “discrimination against women [by charging more for female preventative check-ups] illegal starting in 2014.”

She also wrote that her fitness goal is to be “as healthy at 75 as I am now,” so to that end she works out “most mornings with cardio and weights” and adds yoga whenever she can.
