Romney campaign bus gets a Twitter feed

Romney started off a five-day, six-state bus tour on Friday that he is calling his "Every Town Counts” tour. On Sunday in Ohio, Romney’s bus got its own Twitter feed tracking the action. The bus tweets so far are mostly dry missives from the trail, with plenty of stock-style photos of Romney, Ann Romney and campaign surrogates making speeches — nothing supporters wouldn't see in media reports — but the Twitter feed is a good way to keep track of where the candidate is, and if the campaign keeps it running, it could come in handy during the hectic days of scheduling headed toward the November election.

Romney is campaigning in Wisconsin and Iowa on Monday. Watch @RomneyBus for updates from the trail.
