Trump: Anthony Weiner a ‘sexual pervert’ who ‘can never be healed’

Donald Trump on Monday called former Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y.) a “sexual pervert” in a message on Twitter.

He also urged Wiener’s wife, Huma Abedin, to leave him.

“New York Post says ‘@RepWeiner trying to make comeback,’ ” Trump tweeted on Monday. “He's a sexual pervert & they can never be healed. Huma should drop him before it happens again.”

Weiner resigned from Congress last year after sending racy photographs and messages to women over Twitter. The New York Post has reported he is considering a bid for New York City public advocate or mayor in 2013.

Despite the embarrassing scandal, Weiner could be a formidable candidate; he still has approximately $4.5 million in his campaign war chest.
