Sen. McCain introduced mother to Burma's Suu Kyi

Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) took his mother to a ceremony to honor Aung San Suu Kyi, the Burmese democracy advocate and Nobel Peace laureate, on Wednesday.
He tweeted a photo of the introduction between Roberta McCain and Suu Kyi late Wednesday evening.

It was a bipartisan moment when Suu Kyi visited the Capitol, with senators and representatives from both sides of the aisle tweeting about it.
