He took to his Facebook page to show off a photo taken with Uggie, the Jack Russell terrier made famous by last year’s Oscar-winning movie “The Artist.”

Uggie visited Capitol Hill for the 16th annual Animal Health Institute (AHI) Pet Night on Capitol Hill reception. Pet Night guests included famous animals such as Uggie and Tennessee, the cat who played “Buttercup” in the movie “The Hunger Games.” The event also features the Cutest Pet on Capitol Hill election, a contest for the furry friends of members of Congress and staff.
