NRCC compares Biden to Kanye West

West is famous for interrupting Taylor Swift's acceptance speech for "Best Female Video" at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. West pushed the singer aside, saying "I'mma let you finish, but Beyoncé has one of the best videos of all time."

According to the NRCC, Biden's behavior during Thursday night's vice presidential debate was a lot like that incident.

A new graphic posted to Facebook shows Biden between West and Swift, with the text: "My friend, Imma let you finish ... wait no I'm not," and the hashtag #BidenUnhinged.

Republicans began pushing the Twitter hashtag #BidenUnhinged on Thursday evening, and the Republican National Committee sent out an email rounding up tweets about Biden's debate body language within minutes after the debate ended. The GOP criticized Biden's frequent smiles and laughter in reaction to Paul Ryan as "disrespectful" in post-debate spin.

According to the NRCC's post on Facebook, "Biden embarrassed himself last night."

During the first presidential debate last week, MTV suggested a comparison between Mitt Romney and West. During that debate, Romney was considered the aggressive candidate who interrupted moderator Jim Lehrer.

West recently commented on the presidential race by rapping about Romney in the forthcoming compilation album Cruel Summer.
