

Sen. Paul jokes he and Ron Paul ‘hijack the House’

Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas) and son briefly took over the House of Representatives on Wednesday.
The elder Paul’s son, freshman Sen. Rand Paul (R-Kay.), made a cameo in the lower chamber as his father delivered his farewell speech to Congress in the afternoon.

The congressman, who ran for the Republican nomination for president for the second time this year, is retiring from Congress after a career that spanned 23 years in office over a 36-year period.
