Sen. McCain deep fries turkey

Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) is deep-frying his turkey for Thanksgiving, according to a tweet from wife Cindy McCain.

"The turkey frying begins," she wrote, with a picture of the senator getting ready to lower the raw turkey into a deep-fryer.

A man stands nearby ready with a fire extinguisher, in case of any cooking mishaps.

McCain joins fellow GOP Sen. Marco Rubio (Fla.) in tweeting out his turkey cooking plans. Rubio took the more traditional route of roasting his bird.
