Rep. Blumenauer's new constituent is a baby elephant

The Oregon Zoo in Portland welcomed a female baby elephant on Friday, and Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D-Ore.) shared the announcement via Twitter.

The mother's name is Rose-Tu, and the zoo is inviting the public to submit names for her 300-pound baby, according to Portland's local KOMO News.
