Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) welcomed his fifth child last week, announcing the birth on Twitter and receiving congratulations on Monday from Senate colleagues John McCain (R-Ariz.) and Pat Toomey (R-Penn.).

Wyden and his wife, Nancy, welcomed Scarlett Willa to their family on Thursday. He announced the news via tweet on Friday.

The couple married in 2005. They have two other children together: twins born in 2007.
