Sen. Rubio: 'Sadly true' he's losing his hair

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) may be going bald, but at least he still has more hair than 98 percent of the Senate, he joked on Wednesday.

Florida’s freshman senator was responding to a report on a blog hosted by Esquire magazine that critiqued Rubio’s haircut, warning he is “not far off from combover city.” The item was picked up by the Tampa Bay Times and other local Florida papers.

Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.), whose full head of hair likely also puts him in the top 2 percent most hirsute in Congress, retweeted Rubio’s point.

Esquire's blog also offered tips for the best cut if Rubio wants to hide his receding hairline, just in case he took notes while reading.
