Dr. Ruth: Obstinate members of Congress probably bad lovers

Media personality Dr. Ruth Westheimer on Thursday said the failure of lawmakers to reach a deal on the “fiscal cliff” suggests they are bad lovers.

Westheimer, better known by her radio name, Dr. Ruth, gained notoriety for her 1980s NBC radio show in which she openly discussed all areas of sex.
