The White House announced plans on Tuesday to return the District of Columba’s “taxation without representation” license plates to all presidential limousines in time for inauguration day.

Bush. They express solidarity with the District’s bid for a vote in Congress.
The District City Council last week passed a resolution requesting that Obama use the plates and delivered a custom-made plate to the White House, according to The Washington Post.
