Sen. Vitter solicits 'Obama phone' pics on Twitter

The tweet is the latest in Vitter's effort to roll back the federal government's Lifeline program that provides basic cellphones to people who are at or below 135 percent of the poverty line. Vitter recently began tweeting photos that constituents have sent him of booths they have encountered, offering free cellphones.
