After an Oval Office meeting Tuesday afternoon, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) took to Twitter in order to set the stage for the president's address to a joint session of Congress tomorrow night.

Reid, who met with President Barack Obama and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), said the Democratic leaders were "re-energized" to pass healthcare reform, echoing comments he made at a brief press conference after the meeting.

Though both leaders expressed confidence that Congress would pass health reform, Reid and Pelosi did not offer concrete statments on whether they endorsed specifics, such as the public option.

Reid tweeted:

Returned from mtg w/ the Pres. We're re-energized and ready to pass health care reform. Pls watch Obama's speech tomorrow at 5pm PT.

In his address, Obama "will answer many of the big questions about how we move forward on healthcare reform," said White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs at his Daily Press Briefing this afternoon.
