Sarah Palin mocked Twitter during a speech before a group of Republican activists in Arkansas Wednesday, even though she frequently uses the microblogging site herself.

After she was asked what the greatest threat to America is today, many in the audience shouted out "Obama!" according to CBS News

"See, they said that, I didn’t," the former Alaska governor said. "Just you watch now, too, because somebody will be here with their little Twittering thing, and it’s going to be on the Internet any minute now."

But Palin (R) has an active Twitter account (@SarahPalinUSA) that has over 82,000 followers. Before she resigned as governor last summer, her old account had over 150,000 followers. She also uses the social networking site Facebook to post political commentary.

Wonder what her real answer was to the original question? She said nuclear weapons in the hands of terrorists or a hostile regime.
