Healthcare reform may have passed, but the fight over the individual mandate is still alive.

Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) tweeted today about the National Federation of Independent Business's (NFIB) decision to join the lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the mandate:

I commend @NFIB, and those states, including Utah, for challenging this unconstitutional Washington mandate: #hcr

Congress overstepped its legal authority by telling Utahns and other Americans that they must buy health insurance or else. #hcr
