It's good to be green

It may not be easy being green if you're Kermit the Frog, but if you're Mark Kirk, things couldn't get better. The Illinois GOP-er tweeted:
Heading into a meeting with the Republicans for Environmental Protection. In April, they named me the "Greenest Republican in Congress"
