Ensign: Pacquiao to run for Congress (in the Philippines)

Evidently boxing champ Manny Pacquiao wants to run for Congress in the Philippines, according to Sen. John Ensign's (R-Nev.) Twitter feed.
Pacquiao told me he is running for congress in the Philippines next year. I'd vote for him.
