Dodd gives Conn. bloggers a shout-out

Leave it to the chairman of the Senate Banking Committee to reach out to bloggers -- and to do it via Twitter, no less.

Sen. Chris Dodd (D-Conn.), no doubt meeting with blogger to help build support in a tough reelection battle, tweeted Monday:
