Nelson has been a noted Gators fan, having teased Sen. Tom Cobrun (R-Okla.) over a bet the two made ahead of the national championship matchup between the Gators and Oklahoma Sooners.

Nelson tweeted:
I'm gonna see the Gator football champions on the Hill today... will share pics later.


The real question, though, is whether Nelson will get in on the traditional "chomp."
