McCaskill: Twitter makes for better government

Congratulations are in order to Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.) today, who surpassed 20,000 followers of her Twitter feed.
McCaskill, one of the most prolific tweeters in Congress, tweeted (naturally) the news, along with some thoughts about how Twitter makes for better government.
