Thompson credits Navy, not Obama with pirate rescue

While many are giving some credit to President Obama for the safe rescue of an American captain taken hostage by pirates, former Sen. Fred Thompson (R-Tenn.) has a different take.
Thompson tweeted Monday:
Thompson isn't a Navy veteran, but he did play one in the movies. Thompson played a Navy admiral in the 1990 Tom Clancy thriller "The Hunt for Red October."
