Gagnon emerges as top tweeter in tourney

Political Capital blogger Matthew Gagnon emerged Monday as the top tweeter in Washington after emerging from a bracket tournament to win a contest put on by the blog FamousDC.
Gagnon beat out GOP operative Michael Turk to win the website's first showdown between D.C. personalities on Twitter.
Gagnon played on behalf of cystic fibrosis.
