Jim Tedisco, the Republican currently locked in the neck-and-neck upstate New York special election against Democrat Scott Murphy, announced a new legal defense fund, entitled the "ballot integrity fund," on Twitter Sunday.
Tedisco and Murphy take their legal teams to court on Monday.
