Burgess tweeted about half an hour ago:
Now in rules committee trying to offer an amendment on tobacco bill.

He then followed up:
Fortunately I do not come here often.

Burgess continued to vent:
No matter what we vote on.

Then, finally, Burgess let his frustration be known:
Rules, what a joke.
