Barrow kicks off weekend the right way

After a long day of votes at the office, Rep. John Barrow (D-Ga.) is kicking off his weekend on a Thursday afternoon like most other lawmakers.
But Barrow made sure to stick around for one event before skipping town: receiving an award from the Association for Primary Health Care.
