At least one lawmaker is looking to win some favor from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), who celebrates her 69th birthday today.
"Wishing a Happy Birthday to the Madame Speaker," House Ways & Means Committee Chairman Charles Rangel (D-N.Y.) tweeted Thursday.
