That's what Congressman Joe Sestak (D), who is continuing to mull a run for the Senate in Pennsylvania next year, said this morning on CNN's "State of the Union."

SESTAK: I'm not sure he's a Democrat yet. And that doesn't mean we don't want bipartisanship. My gosh, I won in a district that was 53 percent Republican, 36 percent Democrat

Sorry for the hyper focus on Newt Gingrich's twitter feed, but I believe he was the first to respond to Jack Kemp's passing on Twitter. Here's his tweet:

This came across former Newt Gingrich's (R-Ga.) Twitter feed a little while ago. Looks like the former House speaker wasn't up to much this Saturday.

Looks like the FBI is taking to Twitter to fight spam. Late Friday this random citizen expressed her concern about what she believed was spam.

Not to fear, the FBI is on the case. "FBIPressOffice" tweeted shortly thereafter:

Sens. Max Baucus (D-Mont.) and Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), two leading voices on healthcare reform, plan to have lunch with President Obama to discuss the topic next Wednesday, according to Grassley's twitter feed.

Grassley tweeted the following Saturday morning:

Baucus and I to lunch w Obama WHouse Wed to discuss Health Care reform.

Prolific twitterer Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.) doesn't want to pander to her constituents by rooting for all of the local sports teams. So, she ranked her favorites in this tweet this morning:

Don't want to be cheesy politician and try to be fan of all teams. For the record, in order, Cardinals, Chiefs, Rams, Royals, Blues.

McCaskill then realized that, woops, she had forgotten one, leading to this follow up tweet:

Several months after largely abandoning his campaign Twitter feed, President Obama's Twitter page has made the transition to the White House.

The first White House tweet came this afternoon:

Welcome to the official Twitter page for the White House!

The site was established earlier today, but had been private and protected before becoming publicly available.

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) quickly supported the launch on its own page, tweeting:

RT @BarackObama The White House just joined Twitter. Follow @whitehouse to get updates on the H1N1 flu and other top issues.

Time's Karen Tumulty, making an apparently rare trip to the White House on Friday, dispatched an interesting note about President Obama's surprise appearance at the White House briefing today.
