•AGRICULTURE. Hogan & Hartson is lobbying for the International Dairy Foods Association on the possible commercialization of milk from “cloned animals and their progeny,” Senate lobbying records show.

•AIRLINES. Federal Strategy Group is lobbying for American Airlines on aviation issues.

•AUTOS. The Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers hired Cassidy & Associates to lobby on Corporate Average Fuel Economy standards and other issues, Senate lobbying records show. Gregory Gill, a former legislative director to House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.); Martin Russo, a former Democratic congressman from Illinois; and Thomas Dennis, who previously worked as a lobbyist for several energy companies, are lobbying for the auto alliance. 

•CONSERVATION. Natural Resources Results is lobbying for the Boone & Crockett Club on “habitat and sportsmen’s issues,” lobbying records show. David Anderson, the former associate director of the Office of Management and Budget, is lobbying for the club.
•DISASTER RELIEF. Global Relief Technologies hired Alford & Associates to lobby for federal support for technologies used for disaster and humanitarian relief operations, lobbying records show.

•ENERGY. New Orleans-based Entergy has hired McGlotten & Jarvis to lobby on the Stafford Act, a law that dictates federal disaster relief funding, according to Senate lobbying records.

The National Fenestration Ratings Council hired Kountoupes Consulting to lobby on energy efficiency standards in the energy bill Congress is currently considering, lobbying records show.

•FINANCE. The Raben Group is lobbying for the American Task Force Argentina on financial services issues, lobbying records show.
•FISA. Public Relations Strategies is lobbying for AT&T Services on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, Internet taxes and other telecommunications issues, according to lobbying records.

•HEALTHCARE. Brown Rudnick Berlack Israels is lobbying for Village Health on the reauthorization of Medicare special needs plans.
Health Care Service Corp. hired Capitol Counsel to lobby on healthcare tax reform.
