• AVIATION. Tomb & Associates are lobbying for British Airways on international aviation issues.

• BEVERAGE. MillerCoors is lobbying on issues relating to the manufacturing, distribution and sale of beer and malt beverage products.

• BUDGET. Spectrum Consulting Group is lobbying for the City of Jefferson and the County of Cole in Missouri on transportation and infrastructure appropriations. Spectrum will be working with the office of Sen. Kit Bond (R-Mo.). Jason Van Eaton, former state director for Bond; Mike Mills, former deputy state director to Bond; and Bill Brown, formerly of the Housing and Urban Development Department, will be lobbying on behalf of the city.

• ENERGY. The Northern California Power Agency is lobbying on legislation regarding climate change and renewable tax credits.

• HOMELAND SECURITY. Adams and Reese is lobbying for the Conference Board of Canada’s Centre for National Security on developing contacts for the center in the D.C. area and emphasizing its national security abilities.

• TAX. Price Waterhouse Coopers is lobbying for the National Association of Home Builders on legislative proposals regarding tax credits for homebuyers. Ed McClellan, former tax counsel for the Senate Finance Committee, and Brian Meighan, former accountant for the Joint Taxation Committee, will be representing the association.

• TRADE. McBee Strategic Consulting is lobbying for Mitsubishi Gas Chemical America on issues relating to foreign tariffs. Steve McBee, a former legislative aide to Rep. Norm Dicks (D-Wash.), and Jeff Markey, former deputy chief of staff to Rep. Doc Hastings (R-Wash.), are representing Gas Chemical America.

Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg is lobbying for Anvil Knitwear on ending the use of methyl bromide as a fumigant. Nicole Bivens Collinson, former assistant textile negotiator for the United States Trade Representative, and Edward Steiner, former legislative assistant to Rep. Sam Farr (D-Calif.), are representing Anvil Knitwear.

• VETERANS’ AFFAIRS. J Holley Consulting is lobbying for the Wounded Warrior Project on improved healthcare and employment training for veterans. James Holley, former staff director for the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee, will be lobbying on behalf of the group.
