Sacred Power Corp. is lobbying for Setter Group on renewable energy legislation.
EnergX TN hired Steptoe & Jonson to lobby on federal programs that support small businesses and issues relating to nuclear energy.
Fidelis Government Relations is lobbying for NEET Corp. on federal support for energy savings technology.
• FINANCE. Elmendorf Strategies is lobbying for the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association.
The National Rural Electric Cooperatives Association Finance Corp. hired Hogan and Hartson to lobby on the implementation of the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act (EESA).
Bingham McCutchen is lobbying for Levin Leichtman Capital Partners on the implementation of EESA. Thurgood Marshall Jr., a former counsel on a Senate Judiciary subcommittee, is among the lobbyists working on behalf of the investment firm.
