Byron Dorgan (D-N.D.); and Kenneth Duberstein, the CEO of the Duberstein Group and a former chief of staff to President Reagan. 

•HEALTHCARE. Liberty Square Group is lobbying for DDC Advocacy on behalf of PhRMA/We Work For Health regarding “various issues related to healthcare, biopharmaceuticals, life sciences and U.S. healthcare reform.” Conor Yunits, the former director of communications for the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, is lobbying for the group. 


• MANUFACTURING. Cove Strategies is lobbying for the Dow Chemical Co. on “policy supporting growth of manufacturing.” Matthew Schlapp, a former political director for President George W. Bush, is lobbying for the company.

• DEFENSE. The Consilio Group has been hired by Williams Aerospace to lobby the federal government regarding “government funding [and] legislation in support of unmanned aerial vehicles.” Oliver Meissner, the founder of the firm, is the sole lobbyist on the account.
